Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, Hind Kabawat discussed with Director-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Labour Center, Azar Bayramov,means of enhancing and developing mutual cooperation.
The meeting, held on the sidelines of the Islamic Conference of Labor Ministers in Doha, discussed supporting and strengthening Damascus’s return to active participation within the organization’s specialized frameworks after years of hiatus.
The launch of a multilingual interactive electronic platform—available in Arabic, English, and French—was also discussed. The platform aims to facilitate the exchange of labor market data and information among member states and enhance communication between employers and job seekers within the framework of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
