Damascus, Jan. 4 (SANA) President Ahmad al-Sharaa issued Decree No. (298) of 2025 appointing Samih Muhammad al-Khaled Ourabi as Deputy Head of the General Authority of Civil Aviation and Air Transport for Operational Affairs.
The General Authority was established under Decree No. (213) of 2025, replacing the former General Organization of Civil Aviation.
