President al-Sharaa receives congratulations from Kuwaiti Emir on Liberation Day

Damascus, Dec. 8 (SANA) President Ahmad al-Sharaa received a congratulatory telegram from the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, on the occasion of Liberation Day.

In his message, the Emir extended his sincere congratulations on the anniversary of Liberation Day, emphasizing the strong fraternal ties between the two countries and their peoples, and expressing a shared commitment to further strengthen these relations across all fields.

He also wished President al-Sharaa good health and well-being, and Syria and its people continued progress and prosperity.

President al-Sharaa received additional congratulatory messages from the Crown Prince of Kuwait, Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, and Prime Minister Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, wishing him good health and Syria continued growth and development.

Today, the Syrian people are celebrating the first anniversary of their liberation from the former regime, with millions gathering in city and town squares to express their joy and hope for a bright future.
