Paris, June 9 (SANA) France said on Tuesday it has imposed entry bans on Israel’s Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich , alongside four settler leaders and 21 individuals accused of involvement in violence in the occupied West Bank.
Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot announced the decision on X, linking it to growing concerns over settlement expansion and settler-related attacks.
The move aligns with measures taken by countries including the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Norway.
It comes after France previously banned Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir in May, marking a continued tightening of its stance on far-right Israeli officials.
