Quneitra, April 20 (SANA) Israeli occupation forces detained two minors in old Bariqa village in Quneitra countryside following a pre-dawn incursion on Monday.
SANA’s reporter said an Israeli military force entered the village after midnight, detaining the two civilians—both under 18—and transferring them to an undisclosed location. The reasons for the arrest were not immediately clear.
The incident follows similar developments on Sunday, when Israeli occupation forces set up temporary checkpoints in Eastern al-Samdaniyah and al-Ajraf villages and deployed military vehicles, with no arrests reported.
These actions constitute ongoing Israeli aggression and violations of the 1974 Disengagement Agreement through raids, arbitrary arrests, and land confiscation in southern Syria.
Syria demands Israel’s occupation forces immediate withdrawal, stressing all Israeli measures in the Syrian territory are null under international law, and calls on the international community to deter violations and enforce compliance.
