Damascus, Feb. 28 (SANA) Syrian Minister of Interior, Anas Khattab, held talks on Saturday in Damascus with a delegation from the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China, headed by Ambassador Shi Hongwei, with the participation of Brigadier General Abdul Rahim Jabbara, Director of the International Cooperation Department, and several ministry officials.
According to a statement released by the Ministry of Interior on its Telegram channel, the meeting focused on reviewing the state of bilateral cooperation between Syria and China and exploring avenues to expand and strengthen it.
The talks also dealt with enhancing joint work in security and administrative fields in line with current needs, reinforcing stability, and advancing the shared interests of both peoples.
