Syria strongly condemns Israeli aggression on Doha

Damascus, SANA- The Syrian Arab Republic expresses its strong condemnation of the Israeli aggression that targeted the Qatari capital, Doha, terrorizing innocent civilians and threatening the security and safety of the residents,” Syrian Foreign and Expatriates Ministry said in a statement on Tuesday.

“Syria considers the attack a flagrant violation of international law and the sovereignty of the brotherly State of Qatar, and a dangerous escalation that undermines security and stability in the region and reflects the Israeli occupation’s repeated disregard for international laws and norms,” the statement added.

It stressed that Syria affirms “its full solidarity with the State of Qatar, its leadership, government and people, and stresses the need for the international community to take a clear and firm stance against such aggressive practices that pose threat to regional and international peace.”
