Occupied Jerusalem, Aug. 25 (SANA) A Palestinian died of wounds sustained in an Israeli attack, while three others were injured in Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank on Tuesday. Israeli forces also arrested seven Palestinians during raids across the West Bank.
The Palestinian news agency WAFA cited medical sources at Nasser Hospital as saying that a Palestinian man died from wounds sustained in an Israeli strike west of Khan Younis in southern Gaza on Monday.
Eight Palestinians, including two children, were also killed Monday by Israeli forces across Gaza, while others were injured in strikes on residential areas and civilian facilities.
In the West Bank, Israeli settlers attacked Palestinian homes in the al-Hashwa area east of Bethlehem and assaulted residents, injuring three.
Israeli forces arrested seven Palestinians, including a journalist, during raids in Bethlehem, Nablus and Tulkarm. They also raided Qaffin and Attil north of Tulkarm, as well as Qalandia refugee camp and Kafr Aqab north of occupied Jerusalem, searching homes and questioning residents.
Israeli bulldozers demolished structures and sheep pens, razed land and uprooted dozens of trees in Duma, south of Nablus. Settlers also cut down electricity poles in Burin and entered Madama under the protection of Israeli forces, where they destroyed a memorial.
