Occupied Jerusalem, Aug. 28 (SANA) Three Palestinians were killed Friday in an Israeli attack in the southern Gaza Strip, while two others were arrested during raids in the occupied West Bank.
Palestinian news agency WAFA reported that Israeli helicopters targeted a group of farmers northeast of Khan Younis, killing three Palestinians.
In the occupied West Bank, Israeli forces raided Qalandia refugee camp north of Jerusalem and Tell village south of Nablus, arresting two Palestinians.
Israeli forces also raided Tammun south of Tubas, Deir Istiya northwest of Salfit and al-Masara south of Bethlehem, with no arrests reported.
Israeli settlers, meanwhile, prevented Palestinians from performing Friday prayers in Khirbet Tana, near Beit Furik east of Nablus.
Hundreds of settlers, under Israeli forces’ protection, also entered Awarta south of Nablus and Za’atara east of Bethlehem, where settler attacks on Palestinian homes and vehicles have recently intensified.
Four Palestinians were killed and others injured Thursday in Israeli attacks across several areas of the Gaza Strip.
