Damascus, SANA- Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Mr. Asaad al-Shaibani, met Monday with Chief of the International Rescue Committee, Mr. David Miliband.
Al-Shaibani discussed with Mr. Miliband ways of enhancing cooperation in the humanitarian and health fields, in addition to the refugee return file.
