London, Aug 1 (SANA) UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan and British counterpart Ed Miliband discussed developments in the Middle East on Friday and ways to strengthen regional and international efforts to promote security, peace, and lasting stability across the region.
The two ministers reviewed bilateral relations during their meeting in London and discussed expanding cooperation across a range of sectors, according to the Emirates News Agency (WAM).
The meeting was part of a series of talks held recently by Miliband with officials from the region.
Earlier on Friday, he met Bahraini Foreign Minister Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, as they discussed the importance of safeguarding the security, safety, and freedom of navigation in international waterways.
