Capitals, June 6 (SANA) Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Egypt on Saturday condemned Iranian attacks targeting Kuwait and Bahrain, expressing full solidarity with the two countries.
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the Saudi Foreign Ministry reiterated its strong condemnation of what it described as Iranian attacks and violations of the sovereignty of Bahrain and Kuwait, saying they pose a threat to regional and international security.
The ministry warned that the continued attacks risk further escalation and undermine international efforts aimed at restoring security and stability in the region.
Meanwhile, Jordan’s Foreign Ministry described the attacks as a flagrant violation of the sovereignty of both countries and a breach of international law and the United Nations Charter.
It reaffirmed Jordan’s support for Kuwait and Bahrain and their efforts to safeguard their security and territorial integrity.
Egypt also expressed its full support for Kuwait and Bahrain in confronting the attacks, stressing its solidarity with both nations and backing measures taken to protect their security, stability and vital infrastructure.
Cairo reiterated its rejection of any actions that violate state sovereignty or threaten regional security, emphasizing that the stability of Gulf countries remains a cornerstone of Arab national security.
Earlier Saturday, Kuwait and Bahrain reported Iranian missile and drone attacks targeting their territories.
Similar attacks on Kuwait International Airport on Wednesday killed one person, injured 63 others and caused damage to the country’s main airport.
