Occupied Jerusalem , May 28 (SANA) A Palestinian woman died from injuries sustained in an Israeli strike on the Gaza Strip, while Israeli forces continued raids and arrest campaigns across the occupied West Bank, according to Palestinian media reports.
According to WAFA news agency, the woman died from severe injuries sustained after Israeli forces bombed a residential building in the al-Rimal neighborhood west of Gaza City.
In the occupied West Bank, a 13-year-old Palestinian boy was injured by rubber-coated metal bullets during an Israeli raid on the town of Bani Na’im, east of Hebron.
At dawn on Wednesday, Israeli forces raided towns south and west of Nablus and arrested four Palestinians after storming and searching several homes.
Israeli forces also arrested a woman and a journalist near Bab Hutta, one of the gates leading to al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem, in addition to arresting a young man from the town of Anata northeast of the city after raiding his home.
Israeli troops further stormed Qalandiya refugee camp north of occupied Jerusalem and the town of al-Khader south of Bethlehem, where forces deployed across several neighborhoods, raided homes, and detained a number of residents before later releasing them.
On Tuesday, five Palestinians were killed and others injured in Israeli shelling and drone strikes targeting al-Maghazi camp in central Gaza, while a Palestinian girl died from injuries sustained in an earlier Israeli strike on al-Mawasi area west of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.
