Doha, Mar. 30 (SANA) Qatar’s Ministry of Defense announced on Monday that its air defense systems successfully intercepted a new Iranian drone attack targeting the country.
According to a statement carried by Qatar News Agency (QNA), the armed forces managed to intercept and destroy all incoming drones, preventing any impact on national territory.
The continued Iranian attacks using missiles and drones against several Arab countries, including Qatar, have resulted in casualties and material damage to civilian infrastructure, amid escalating regional tensions linked to the ongoing US-Israeli-Iranian war since February 28.
