Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the League and President of the Council of Muslim Scholars, said in a statement, “The aggression violates international law and norms, particularly the 1974 Disengagement Agreement.” He reaffirmed the League’s full solidarity with Syria and its people against any violations of its sovereignty or threats to its security and stability.
