Occupied Jerusalem, March 1 (SANA) Israeli occupation forces announced Saturday evening the closure of crossings in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, including the Rafah crossing, until further notice.
Palestinian media reported Sunday that Israeli authorities also decided to close West Bank crossings, except for essential workers holding permits to exit through the Eliyahu, Tarqumiya and Qalandia crossings.
Rafah border crossing in southern Gaza was reopened in both directions on February 2 to allow the movement of patients and other travelers.
On Saturday morning, the United States and Israel launched a large-scale attack on Iran targeting dozens of sites. Iran responded by firing ballistic missiles and drones at targets inside Israel and striking sites in several Gulf states.
