Quneitra, March 31 (SANA) Israeli occupation forces advanced on Tuesday along the road linking the village of Nabaa al-Fawar in the northern Quneitra countryside with the village of Harfa in the western Damascus countryside.

SANA’s correspondent in Quneitra said an Israeli force with several military vehicles moved into the area, set up a temporary checkpoint and searched passersby.

Israel continues to carry out incursions in southern Syria and to violate the 1974 disengagement agreement, including through raids, arrests and land clearing.

Syria has repeatedly called for Israel’s withdrawal from its territory, saying that all measures taken in the south are null and void and illegal under international law. It has also urged the international community to assume its responsibilities, deter such actions and ensure a full withdrawal.
