Occupied Jerusalem, Jan. 1 (SANA) One Palestinian was killed and dozens were detained on Thursday during raids carried out by Israeli occupation forces in several West Bank areas.
According to the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), Israeli troops opened fire on two young men at the entrance to a village south of Nablus, killing one and wounding the other.
Troops also stormed several areas in Tulkarm, Tubas, and Ramallah, detaining 49 Palestinians.
Five Palestinians were injured on Wednesday, and thirteen others were detained during similar raids in various West Bank areas.
