Israeli occupation expands its destruction of Gaza, Palestinian Foreign Ministry

Occupied Jerusalem, SANA- Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs warned of a dangerous and increasing escalation by Israeli occupation forces in Gaza Strip, including an expansion of the systematic destruction of homes, buildings, and various aspects of life in the Strip.

“The Israeli occupation continues imposing forced displacement on nearly one million Palestinians, forcing them into a tight circle of death that surrounds them wherever they go, through bombing and starvation, in an attempt to cram more than two million citizens suffering from hunger into an area that does not exceed 12 percent of Gaza Strip’s area, as the shortest way to forcibly displace them”, The PFM said in a statement.

The ministry earlier expressed its regret over the international community’s silence on the ongoing crimes against the Palestinian people, warning that the coming period will witness more crimes of forced displacement, in light of the United Nations’ failure to assume its responsibilities regarding the occupation’s violations and its inability to implement international law and international legitimacy resolutions.
