Damascus, Aug. 28 (SANA) Syria expressed its condolences and full solidarity with Algeria on Friday following deadly wildfires that swept several provinces of the country.
“The Syrian Arab Republic extends its deepest condolences and sincere sympathies to the government and people of the sisterly People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria over the victims of the wildfires,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates said in a statement.
The ministry expressed Syria’s full solidarity with Algeria in confronting the disaster and affirmed its support for the country, wishing mercy for the victims, a speedy recovery for the injured and safety for Algeria and its people.
