Palestinian Journalists Syndicate Condemns Israeli Calls to Target Gaza Journalists

Occupied Quds, SANA- The Palestinian Journalists Syndicate condemned the systematic and dangerous incitement by Israeli media against Palestinian journalists in the Gaza Strip as an “open call” for targeting and killing them.
WAFA news agency quoted the Syndicate on Thursday as saying in an official statement that this media incitement reflects an “organized Israeli policy” aimed at obscuring the truth and covering up crimes committed against civilians in the Gaza Strip.
The Syndicate stressed that targeting journalists constitutes a war crime and a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law.
It called on international institutions, to take an urgent and firm stance to stop this incitement, provide protection for Palestinian journalists, and hold those responsible for these violations accountable.
