Damascus, SANA- Finance Minister, Mohammad Yusr Barniyeh, issued a circular to administrative accountants at public institutions, and financial managers at economic public entities, stipulating the dates of disbursing the salaries and wages for employees in public institutions.
SANA received a copy of the circular which specified the 24th and 25th of each month for Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Administrative Development, Transport, Communications and Information Technology, Disasters and Emergencies, Culture, and Higher Education and Scientific Research.
The 28th and 29th of each month were specified for Ministries of education, public works and housing, endowments, tourism, justice, energy, and sports and youth.
Meanwhile, on 30th of each month, salaries will be disbursed to Ministries of Finance, Agriculture and Agrarian Reform, Health, Economy and Industry, Local Administration and Environment, Information, Social Affairs and Labor, and the People’s Assembly.
As for the retirees’ salaries, they will be disbursed from the 1st to the 5th of each month.
