Riyadh, April 12 (SANA) Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Energy said on Sunday that the East-West pipeline has returned to full operation after being damaged in recent Iranian attacks on energy facilities in the Kingdom.
The ministry said operational and technical teams had restored the pipeline’s full pumping capacity, estimated at around 7 million barrels per day, and recovered affected output from the Manifa field, which produces about 300,000 barrels per day, within a short period.
It added that the rapid recovery highlights the operational resilience of Saudi Aramco and the Kingdom’s energy sector, reinforcing the reliability of oil supplies to domestic and global markets and supporting the global economy.
