Saudi companies showcase expertise at Damascus energy exhibition

Damascus, Dec. 4 (SANA) The Syria International Oil, Gas, and Energy Exhibition (SOG), which kicked off Wednesday evening at Damascus Fairgrounds, witnessed strong participation from Saudi companies specializing in oil, gas, pipelines, exploration, drilling, and energy services.

Representatives of Saudi companies emphasized their readiness to contribute to Syria’s reconstruction and investment opportunities in the energy sector.

Middle East Specialized Cables (MESC) highlighted its 32 years of experience in supplying cables for oil and gas facilities and expressed willingness to take part in developing Syria’s energy sector.

ADES Holding stressed the importance of combining Syrian expertise with international know-how to boost production and meet local demand.

TAQA, active in more than 20 countries, presented its services in exploration, drilling, and well operations, while PPC underlined the value of exchanging expertise in petroleum pipelines.

The exhibition, hosting 90 local, Arab, and international companies, runs until December 6 and covers a wide range of fields from exploration and refining to logistics and renewable energy technologies.
