Aleppo, SANA-Local Administration and Environment Minister Hussein Makhlouf asserted on Monday the government’s keenness to provide care and services for people who have managed to flee the siege of terrorists in the eastern neighborhoods of Aleppo city and the government’s efforts to provide temporary residential centers equipped with all the necessary basic materials.
During a meeting with the Relief Subcommittee in Aleppo, the minister called on the officials to provide facilitations and aid for citizens through continuous and systematic work of the relief subcommittee to find new temporary residential centers and supply them with public transport in addition to equipping and maintaining schools.
For his part, Aleppo Governor Hussein Diab highlighted the efforts exerted by Aleppo governorate to support the families who left the terrorist-besieged eastern neighborhoods and its keenness on providing services for them, adding that the governorate will continue its work to improve the services situation in the entire province to meet the citizens’ needs.
During the past two days, the Syrian Arab Army secured the exit of thousands of citizens who were taken as human shields by terrorist organizations in Aleppo eastern neighborhoods. The families were transported to temporary residential centers equipped with all necessary services.
