Moscow, SANA_ Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said that his country is working on setting ideas for the final communique of the International Syria Support Group’s (ISSG) meeting due to be held in Vienna Tuesday.
” The Russian side is working on setting ideas for the final document of the ISSG meeting, but there are no guarantees yet that it will be adopted,” Ryabkov added in a statement Monday.
The Russian Deputy Foreign Minister made it clear that the extension of truce in Aleppo depends on progress of the process of separation between positions of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists and the other armed groups as well as on how Jabhat al-Nusra and its affiliated groups will behave.
Ryabkov said “We continue calling on the Americans to take all measures to define these organizations, but unfortunately this has not been successful,”
Earlier on Saturday the spokeswoman of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said that Western states obstruct mechanism of defining terrorists in Syria.
