Hasaka, SANA- Representatives of popular and civil bodies in Qamishli City on Sunday organized a stand before the Arab Cultural Center under the title “A Salute to Russia and All Friendly Countries Supporting Syria in its War against Takfiri Terrorism.”
The activity was held in appreciation of the efforts exerted by the Russian Government and people to help Syria in its war against terrorism.
Participants in the event hailed the honorable stances of the friendly countries which have stood by the Syrian people throughout the unjust war which targeted Syria.
They affirmed their resilience and standing by the Syrian army and armed forces till defeating terrorism and expelling all terrorists from Syria.
The participants also raised banners showing the honorable stances of Syria’s friends, and the correctness of Syria’s vision, the wisdom of its leadership, the steadfastness of its people and the victories of its courageous army.
Since September 30th, the Russian warplanes have been conducting daily airstrikes against positions of ISIS and other terrorist organizations in Syria.
