President al-Assad issues a law amending an article of the Military Penal Code

Damascus, SANA-President Bashar al-Assad issued on Sunday Law No. 29 of 2023 amending Article 50 of the Penal Code and Military Procedures, which stipulated that civilians included in this article be tried before the regular criminal judiciary instead of the military judiciary, unless the crime arose from the job.
