Temperatures above average from 2 to 5 degrees

Damascus, SANA- Temperatures remain above average from 2 to 5 degrees as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by a low air pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

Meteorology Department expected in its Friday bulletin that the weather will be hot and clear in general with the appearance of some scattered clouds over the coastal area and it will be misty in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badia (semi-desert) regions.

The winds will be westerly to southwesterly between low to moderate speed, while the sea waves will be low in amplitude.

The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 39/20, Homs 35/20, Lattakia 32/24, Hama 39/23, Aleppo 39/24 and Deir Ezzor 43/28.
