Army units find weapons, ammunition left by remnants of Daesh in al-Badia region

Deir Ezzor, SANA- Units of the Syrian Arab Army found quantities of weapons and ammunition left by remnants of Daesh terrorists and destroyed a number of their dens in the area.

A field commander told SANA that while the army units were carrying out their tasks of combing and clearing al-Badia region off terrorist remnants “Ammunition stores were found and destroyed, a store of medicines and foods matrials was also destroyed in addition to a den for Daesh terrorists that included various equipment, communication devices, weapons and a number of various documents.”

The army units continue to pursue terrorist remnants in the region after they completely secured the international road of Deir Ezzor / Palmyra to the movement of buses and citizens.
