Beirut, SANA- The Lebanese National Resistance announced on Sunday that an Israeli drone which breached the Lebanese airspace was downed near Aita al-Shaab town, in South Lebanon.
A statement by the Lebanese National Resistance, reported by the Lebanese National News Agency, read that the resistance shot down an Israeli drone this afternoon, which breached the Lebanese airspace near the town of Aita al-Shaab, and it was later seized by the Resistance.
In a statement issued earlier on Sunday, the Lebanese Army Command announced that “10 air violations have recorded by Israeli warplanes and reconnaissance aircrafts, through which they carried out circular flights over the southern regions and the Iqlim al-Tuffah.”
The Israeli enemy continues its violation of Lebanon’s airspace, lands and territorial waters, disregarding all international norms and laws, especially resolution No. 1701.
