Beijing, SANA – Syria’s Olympic football team tied scoreless with its South Korean counterpart in Group D of the AFC U23 Championship 2018 on Sunday.

After the draw, Syria picked up its first point from the tournament while South Korea kept its slim lead with four points in the group.

Syrian team lost to Australian team in the first round by 1-3 and will meet with its Vietnamese counterpart in the third round next Wednesday at the end of the first round.
