Daraa, SANA-In a new violation of the Russian memorandum on de-escalation zones, the power substation of al- Nu’aima that supplies Daraa city with electricity power went out of service after armed groups targeted it with rocket shell.
In a statement to SANA reporter, Director of General Electricity Company in Daraa Eng. Ghassan al-Zamel said that gunmen fired a rocket shell on al- Nu’aima power substation which feeds Daraa city with power, causing the plant to go out of service due to the massive material damage.
