President al-Sharaa sends message of gratitude to His Highness Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah

President Ahmad al-Sharaa has sent a message of gratitude to His Highness Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

In his message, President al-Sharaa said “I extend my sincere gratitude and appreciation to my brother, His Highness the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, for the warm welcome and generous hospitality we received, which reflect the depth of the brotherly ties that unite our two brotherly countries and peoples.”

He added “This visit embodied our shared commitment to strengthening cooperation between Syria and Kuwait and reaffirming Arab unity in facing the challenges the region is experiencing. It marks an important step towards consolidating bilateral relations and achieving coordination and integration across various fields.”

The President concluded “I reiterate Syria’s commitment to working with our brotherly country, Kuwait, to fulfill our peoples’ aspirations for development and progress, and to strengthen the bonds of Arab cooperation and solidarity. As I depart Kuwait, I carry in my heart deep appreciation and amity for this venerable country, which has always been and will remain a steadfast Arab pillar in supporting the causes of our nation, foremost among them aiding the Syrian people in their path toward stability and reconstruction. Syria will always remain open to its Arab brothers, keen to build bridges of cooperation and engagement for the benefit, security, and stability of the Arab world.”
