Riyadh, Mar.28 (SANA) Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman held a phone call on Saturday with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during which the two leaders discussed the ongoing military escalation in the region and its serious repercussions on global security and stability.
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Prime Minister Modi reiterated India’s strong condemnation of what he described as repeated Iranian attacks targeting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and countries in the region, stressing that such actions endanger their security and violate their sovereignty.
The two sides also explored the risks posed by the current escalation to international maritime security and the global economy.
Several Gulf countries, including Saudi Arabia, along with other regional states, have been have come under drone and missile attacks attributed to Iran since the outbreak of the U.S.-Israeli–Iranian conflict on February 28.
