Prague, Feb. 6 (SANA) Syria’s Diplomatic Institute and the Czech Diplomatic Academy signed a cooperation agreement in Prague on Thursday aimed at expanding collaboration in diplomatic training and academic exchange, Syria’s Foreign Ministry said.
The agreement was signed by Yasser al-Jundi, director of Syria’s Diplomatic Institute, and Dana Kovarikova, director of the Czech Diplomatic Academy, which operates under the Czech Foreign Ministry.
According to the Syrian Foreign Ministry, the deal focuses on joint training programs, the exchange of academic expertise, and the organization of specialized courses designed to strengthen diplomatic skills and update curricula in response to evolving challenges in modern diplomacy.
Officials from both sides said the agreement reflects efforts to deepen institutional cooperation and enhance communication between diplomatic training bodies, with an emphasis on sharing best practices and professional experience.
