Hama, Feb. 6 (SANA) The “Aswaq al-Kheir” market festival opened Thursday in Syria’s central city of Hama, featuring around 80 national companies offering discounts of up to 20% on food, household items, clothing, and other products ahead of Ramadan.
The event is organized by the Hama Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with Jusoor Company for Festivals and Conferences at the historic Khan Rustum Pasha.
Mohammad al-Bushi, director of Jusoor, said participating companies are offering discounted prices, special offers, and gifts for visitors. “The festival aims to help citizens secure Ramadan supplies at lower costs compared to the regular market,” he added.
Representatives of participating businesses noted strong consumer turnout since the first hours of the opening, highlighting the availability of high-quality products at significant discounts.
Visitors praised the festival for its convenience, saying it allows consumers to purchase essentials in one location while taking advantage of discounts.
The festival will run until the 14th of the month and features a wide range of products, including food, cleaning supplies, clothing, and footwear.
