Aleppo, Jan.9 (SANA) The Media and Communications Directorate at the Ministry of Defense announced Friday the destruction of Site No. 12, which had previously been displayed on the Syrian al-ikhbariah Channel’s screen and platforms. The site was a large ammunition depot belonging to the SDF organization and the terrorist PKK organization.
The Directorate stated that the so-called “Internal Security Forces affiliated with the SDF organization” in the city of Aleppo issued a lengthy statement claiming that the targeted site was a hospital. However, in reality, the target was not so, but a large ammunition warehouse belonging to the SDF organization, which has been destroyed, with explosions still continuing at the site.
The Directorate stressed that the Syrian Arab Army has opened humanitarian corridors, extended deadlines multiple times, and published maps solely to protect and secure civilians, while the SDF organization and PKK militias continue to target civilians in the city of Aleppo, killing and injuring them.
