Damascus, SANA-The Licensing Directorate at the Ministry of Information held a technical workshop on Thursday with representatives from media institutions that have applied for operating licenses in Syria.
The workshop reviewed the conditions and standards set by the Ministry to regulate all types of media outlets in Syria, while clarifying key points within the requirements.
Attendees presented comments and proposals aimed at reaching a participatory formula that achieves a balance between the requirements of the organization and the needs of media institutions, in a way that enhances the transparency of procedures and serves the interest of media work in Syria.
