Presidential Decree appointing Abdul Razzaq Mustafa Kaadi as President of State Council

Damascus, SANA-President Ahmad al-Sharaa issued on Wednesday Decree No. (71) appointing Mr. Abdul Razzaq Mustafa Kaadi as President of the Council of State.
