Doha,SANA-Energy Minister, Eng. Mohammed Al-Bashir, met on Tuesday in Doha with his Qatari counterpart, Mr. Saad Sherida al-Kaabi.
The meeting addressed enhancing Qatari investments in energy projects inside Syria, including renewable energy, with both sides expressing great interest in expanding cooperation in this sector.
The challenges facing the energy sector in Syria were also addressed, and the two sides discussed the possibility of cooperation to overcome these challenges and facilitate the implementation of joint projects.
