Daraa, SANA-The Internal Security commander in Daraa Governorate, Brigadier General Shaher Jabr Imran, held a coordination meeting with security officials from various directorates and districts to establish a comprehensive security plan for maintaining safety across the governorate during Eid al-Adha.
During the meeting, which took place Monday, Brigadier General Imran reviewed preventive measures and field protocols to ensure public safety and uphold security and stability.
He emphasized the importance of coordination among different security agencies, enhancing preparedness at police stations and checkpoints, and maintaining respectful and professional interactions with citizens.
Imran stressed the need for a strategic security deployment, ensuring effective presence in public spaces, parks, and markets, as well as securing places of worship during Eid prayers, guaranteeing a safe and peaceful celebration.
This initiative is part of the ongoing efforts of the Daraa Police Command to strengthen security measures and provide a secure environment during religious and national occasions.
