Damascus, SANA- Minister of Local Administration and Environment, Eng. Mohammad Anjarani, discussed Monday with the The United Nations Resident Coordinator and Humanitarian Coordinator in Syria, Adam Abdelmoula, means of enhancing cooperation and exchanging experiences.
The talks dealt with building relationships based on credibility and transparency, and enhancing cooperation with the international community, while transferring expertise and equipment inside Syria.
The UN official said that works of the United Nations have decreased in 2012 because of the ousted regime, but the Secretary-General recently decided to reactivate its role in Syria, and 12 plans have been prepared, 3 of which focus on sustainable development.
