The number of people returning to al-Sanamein city and its vicinity has reached to 350, according to Yahya al-Rifai, a representative of Farah wakef team in Syria.

“This voluntary return is the 14th in Syria and the first one from Jordan, as it is just the beginning until returning the last displaced, al-Rifai told SANA in a statement.

He expressed gratitude to the concerned authorities in Syria, Jordan, and UAE for the facilitations they provided, particularly with regard to the speedy procedures related to transporting furniture and luggage.

A number of displaced expressed their happiness upon returning to homeland after 14 years of forced displacement, hailing facilitations provided by both Syrian and Jordanian sides.
