Damascus, SANA-Interior Minister Anas Khattab expressed his deep appreciation for all those who contributed to lifting the sanctions, aiming to alleviate the suffering of the Syrian people.
In a post on X, Minister Khattab noted that Syria is entering a new phase following the European Union’s decision to lift sanctions. He emphasized that this marks a significant step toward opening new prospects for recovery and reconstruction.
Minister Khattab stated, “We aspire to a future of peace, where the Syrian people have the opportunity to build their tomorrow with security and stability.”
