Cairo, SANA-The General Secretariat of the Arab League condemned the raid launched by the Israeli occupation forces on the vicinity of the Presidential Palace in Damascus.
“We stress that these raids represent a dangerous escalation and a rejected and condemned violation of Syria’s sovereignty. They represent a link in a continuing chain of Israeli attacks and violations against Syria aimed at destabilizing the situation, interfering in its internal affairs, and penetrating its territory.” The General Secretariat of the League said in a statement Friday.
The Arab League called on the UN Security Council to put an end to these Israeli attacks, which threaten to ignite the situation in the region.
