Acting Minister of Health Stresses necessity to overcome obstacles and raise Medicine quality

Damascus,SANA- The Acting Minister of Health, Dr. Maher al-Sharaa,stressed on Thursday the necessity to overcome obstacles, and raise medicine quality which would contribute to strengthening the the pharmaceutical sector.

During a meeting held at the ministry with several directorates in the central administration responsible for the pharmaceutical sector, Dr. al-Shara’a highlighted the need to create a suitable investment environment, given the presence of numerous investors interested in working in this field, whether through opening new laboratories or securing additional pharmaceutical products.

He indicated the ministry’s readiness to secure all required supplies and issue decisions that contribute to quickly overcoming all difficulties facing the directorate’s work, calling for the development of a new operational protocol and the need to secure specialized human cadres to work in this field.

Dr. Al-Sharaa called for tightening monitor on the pharmaceutical production lines, ensuring their quality and effectiveness.
