Damascus, SANA- The Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) held an emergency meeting on Tuesday, chaired by the organization’s president, Dr. Hazem Baqleh, with the head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Delegation in Syria, Stephan Sakalian, and representatives of humanitarian partners in the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, to discuss urgent humanitarian needs in Lattakia and Tartous.
