Damascus, Sept. 23 (SANA) First Lady, Latifa al-Droubi, visited on Wednesday the Women’s Police Institute to mark the graduation of its first class.
During a tour of the institute, al-Droubi was briefed on its structure, vision and training programs.
She also met members of the first graduating class, congratulating them on completing their training and wishing them success in carrying out their duties and serving their country.
The Syrian Interior Ministry held a ceremony on Tuesday for the institute’s first graduating class, known as “Class 57,” comprising 150 women in al-Tall, Damascus countryside province.
Interior Minister Anas Khattab, Social Affairs and Labor Minister Hind Kabawat and Damascus countryside Governor Amer al-Sheikh attended the ceremony.
