Quneitra, May 5 (SANA) An Israeli occupation force of four military vehicles advanced Tuesday through Tal al-Jalaa Gate toward the town of al-Rafid in Quneitra’s southern countryside.

SANA’s reporter in Quneitra reported that the force set up a temporary checkpoint and inspected the mobile phones of shepherds in the area. No arrests were reported.

The Israeli occupation continues to violate the 1974 Disengagement Agreement through incursions into southern Syrian territory, including raids, arrests, land bulldozing, and the use of live fire and artillery shelling against civilians.

Syria reiterates its demand for the full withdrawal of the Israeli occupation from all occupied Syrian territory, affirming that all measures taken in southern Syria are null and void under international law, and calling on the international community to assume its responsibilities, deter ongoing violations, and ensure compliance with relevant resolutions.
